What to watch for
- Nobody signs at settlement. Each side authorized its own leg in advance: the investor once per order, the fund’s issuer and treasury once, in the fund’s consent.
- The venue never sets a price: every order settles at the price the price source signed for it.
- Every change has a maker and an approver. The maker’s own approval is refused in chapter 1, and two approvers are needed in chapters 9 and 10.
- Each party sees only its own: hover the settlement in chapter 5, and Investor B’s box stays dark. Investor B’s history has no line for Investor A’s orders.
